When the Crowe's Point -- initially christened the Crowe's Nest -- was originally envisioned, it consisted mainly of a few locations: the Crowe's Hotel and the Crowe's Tavern, along with some beaches, gardens, a frozen pond, and a few other places that mainly related to the incarnations. As more of the regular guests became as much a part of the Point as were the Boys, those lives, too, became an influence on how the universe continued to grow and expand.
This is because growth and expansion are what is key to the Point world. It exists at another dimension, so that gives a writer room to 'play,' and permits the reader to think beyond the usual limited borders. With the arrival of each new character, the dimension expands and readjusts a little more, so that we have no realistic idea of exactly how large the Point is, and although some -- such as Lachlan -- have attempted to explore to the very "edges," the 'end' has never been discovered. It seems to go on forever....
No one knows the origins of the Point...not yet at any rate. We're unsure who created it or why, and can only imagine how long it has existed, and it appears that no matter where a guest might first be in the world as a starting point -- they always eventually arrive. We're not sure why some unknown Power(s) decided that characters of Russell Crowe's creation would live there; but it is an almost perfect world, and the evolution is continual.
Although there is no map per se to layout the geography and locations, there are still a number of places that are 'permanent,' and of course this adapts due to the aforementioned rules. This list is simply to lay a foundation, for both the reader and the Point fiction writer.
Crowe's Hotel
**Several restaurants, ranging from very formal and upscale to several casual.
** A fitness center

** The main kitchen with its' own vegetable and herb gardens
** Smaller library for guests not wanting to leave the hotel

Crowe's Tavern
** The parking lot/car park sits in a large area between the two buildings, which are approximately 3 or 4 city blocks apart. There is a walkway/sidewalk which can take a person to the hotel, to the tavern, or down to the main beach area.
**The tavern contains the main tavern area consisting of the dance floor and bar, with plenty of seating.

The Vineyards
** Several hundred acres now. This area is very similar to Spain and France, terrain and weather-wise, so several types of grapes are cultivated: Burgundy, Merlot, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Riesling, Viognier, Champagne
**Maximus Decimus Meridius and Maximillian Skinner are the two vintners specializing in their brand of wine.
Medical clinic and lab -- Associated with Dr. Anthony Gerardeau
Two churches - - a Neoclassical style chapel for Protestants and a Gothic style chapel for Catholics/Orthodox.
Egan and NormaJean's ranch
Tina and John's home: located about a couple of miles from the main complex.
Anthony and Stephanie's home. Located near the clinic.
MORE TOPOGRAPHIC FEATURES
Ashokan Falls -- in a remote part of the Point, possibly part of the headwaters/spring source of the river. Originally found by Cort and can only be found by him.
The River - winds itself through the Point, emptying out at some yet undiscovered area along the coast. Not yet named.
